1. How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat €5 fee across Ireland, and all parcels are sent via An Post.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched quickly, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and An Post schedules.

3. Can I return my order?

Yes — you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to return it for a refund.

4. Can I exchange an item?

Yes — exchanges are available after the 14-day refund window, subject to stock.

5. What condition must items be in to return them?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with tags and original packaging.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We’ll fix the issue straight away.

7. What sizes do your dresses and cardigans come in?

All items are designed for children aged 1 to 8 years.
