Eligibility for Refunds

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

• Items returned after 14 days (these qualify for exchange only)

• Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage

• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
